Disciple Bible Study

Take a deep dive into the Bible. Disciple is a program of disciplined Bible study aimed at developing strong Christian leaders. The study gives the Old and New Testa­ments equal time, emphasizing the wholeness of the Bible as a revelation of God. Disciple draws upon the work of scholars, the personal Bible reading and study of the participant, and dynamic group discussion to aid understanding of the Bible.

Interested in a Disciple Bible Study Class in 2023/24? We are offering Disciple 1, Disciple 3, and Christian Believer.

 

Disciple 1: is being offered in a new app based format and is led by Pastor Merc.

Disciple 3: focuses on the prophets and the letters of Paul and is led by Evelyn Allen and Roseann Brooks.

Christian Believer: focuses on classic doctrines of the Christian faith and will include readings from ancient and modern theologians. It will be led by Dr. Brooks.

 

Each class involves daily readings, weekly meetings (mostly online), prayer, and a close-knit small group. Classes begin in September. Please contact the church office for more information or if you're interested in joining a class.
